LABOR MARKET SCE LABOR MARKET SURVEY
Labor Market Experiences Improve, but Individuals’ Outlook Little Changed
The results of the latest SCE Labor Market Survey show an increase in the rate at which workers transition to a different employer, a rise in the average full-time wage offer, and an uptick in workers’ satisfaction with current promotion prospects. However, job transition expectations of those currently employed were unchanged and expectations about receiving job offers and the average expected wage offer (conditional on receiving one) remained essentially flat.
